 1 kg wheat flour
 5 kg raw meal
 50 g yeast
 1 tbsp sugar
 1 tsp salt
 5 cups Tea olive oil
 2 c. tea lukewarm water
 sunflower oil for frying
 honey
 sesame

In a bowl sift flour. Open a lakkouvitsa add, yeast and mash with a little warm water. Pour the oil and sugar, add warm water and mix until batter.

Sprinkle the mixture with salt and add water until the batter is standing in a tablespoon.

Cover the pan with a towel and leave in a warm area for 30 minutes until the mixture begins to rise to the walls of the bowl.
