On 25.2 we gladly welcome the beginning of the Triodion in Attica!
The festive days that follow are filled with music, dance and confetti, offering everyone the opportunity to discover the magic of tradition. Shrove Thursday (“Tsiknopempti”) is celebrated in traditional taverns with grilled meat. The Carnival Sunday is celebrated with float parades & masquerades and the day after that is called Clean Monday, when the Attica sky is flooded with colourful kites.
