Daskalio is a small seaside settlement in Keratea. It is located just after Kakia Thalassa and is one of the many settlements of Keratea (Kakia Thalassa, Kalopigado, Vgethi, Porto Ennia, etc.) that have developed between Lavrio and Porto Rafti.
Daskalio consists of three small ports which are also its beaches, the first of which has been awarded the Blue Flag 2023. All its beaches have sand and wonderful, blue-green waters. The first two ports are organized, since in recent years they have a beach bar with sunbeds. The third Limanaki is the smallest beach of the other two and the only unorganized one. The north winds affect the wider area, creating waves. The waters are embraced by impressive rocks where many prefer to lay down their towel and enjoy the sun away from the crowds.
Due to its geomorphology, since it is built on Keratea hill, Daskalio reminds an island with its beautiful, white, detached houses that have blooming gardens adorning the slopes, like the town of a Cycladic Island. The chapel of Saint Alexandros built right on the rocks in the area of Trito Limanaki is a beautiful little church, which is ideal for summer weddings! At Daskalio, the visitor will also find a fleet of inflatable boats that can be rented with or without a captain for unforgettable excursions to the neighboring islands.
