For the 15th year, Aegina’s Fistiki Fest returns to the island to honor the famous pistachio nut, known as “Fistiki Aeginis” (pistachio of Aegina), a PDO product that has earned its place in the National Index of Intangible Cultural Heritage! From Thursday, September 12th till Sunday, September 15th, all pistachio lovers who visit the annual trade show taking place in Aegina’s port, will be able to enjoy creative new recipes & exciting flavor combinations featuring their favorite “Fistiki Aeginis”!
