Frear Serpieri Mining

It is located in the settlement of Agios Konstantinos and is easily distinguished by the Iron Tower of the Mining Shaft. The Serpieri No. 1 well was built on top of an ancient mining well, it was the central well of the French Company in the younger years of Kamariza mining, it had a depth of 165 m, 5 floors and tens of kilometers of rails for transporting the ore. At the mouth of the well, a large iron structure can be seen, an imposing tower, with two elevators. The engine room of the shaft, the machine shop, the ore transport bridge, the company's offices, remnants of warehouses, the iron water tank of the train are preserved and the whole area was declared a historical preserved monument by the Ministry of Culture.
