Big Sesi Beach

Big Sesi is a peaceful beach that is not so cosmopolitan and does not gather many people even during peak hours. This beach with its tamarisk trees and fine pebbles, in addition to its clear waters, also offers to the visitor a natural shade in order to sit and relax for hours. It is a beach quite close to Athens, about 20 kilometres from the Marathon Tomb. It is located after Grammatiko, but the visitor has to drive a few kilometres on a passable dirt road. This is another reason why it is quieter than other beaches.
