Karavi Schinias Beach- Municipality of Marathon

Schinias / Karavi beach is one of the organized beaches of the Municipality of Marathon, it is located near the Schinias Marathon National Park and has been awarded the Blue Flag for 2023. It is a seaside recreation area of 30 acres with 100 meters of sea frontage. Its facilities include a restaurant and beach bar, as well as sports facilities with a windsurfing school and beach volleyball courts. Its beach is a beautiful and organized sandy beach with umbrellas, sunbeds and water sports, where one combines recreation and relaxation. For its clean beach, the quality of the services it provides and for its organized facilities, it has been awarded the "Blue Flag" for fifteen consecutive years, meeting, among many others, strict safety and hygiene criteria. At Schinias / Karavi beach, visitors will find the special recycling bags of the Hellenic Recovery Recycling Corporation (HERRCO) so that "Nothing goes to waste".
