Plissken Festival 2022

Plisskën Festival returns in summer 2022 with some of the top names in the global contemporary music scene

2 days, 4 stages, 40+ artists, art & visual installations from ADAF, a Food Court with the best Greek and international flavors, cool summer cocktails, outdoor lounge areas and many other activities!

Headliners at this year’s Plisskën will be the “soul” of the downtempo BONOBO, one of the most beloved and long-awaited acts, but also the multi-talented Canadian CARIBOU, one of the most important creators of modern electronic music with an audiovisual show that will highlight his greatness.

Unique live performances from the modern priestess of “fem rap” Princess Nokia, the promising British rapper Slowthai, the pioneering American Dj Avalon Emerson, the charismatic surf pop band Beach Bunny, the Norwegian phenomenon Boy Pablo, the impressive underground rapper Jay Electronica , the uncompromising Estonian TOMM¥ €A$H and the explosive persona Yves Tumor & Its Band.

The lineup will be completed by a live / DJ set by globally recognized artists of the electronic and techno music scene such as Alexis, DJ Python, Effy, French 79, Godford, LCY, Louisahhh, Rosa Anschütz, rRoxymore, Sherelle and the Palestinian “queen” of techno , Sama’ Abdulhadi.

Much of the Plisskën Festival 2022 lineup consists of world-renowned artists who will be in Athens for the first time, such as Mala Rodríguez, Kampire, keiyaA, KOKOKO!, Lea Porcelain, Pelada, Space Afrika and Tropical Fuck Storm. Among the most anticipated live acts of this year will be those of the record company PC Music, the future of pop, as it has been described, with the first appearance in Greece of EasyFun, Hannah Diamond, Hyd, Namasenda, Petal Supply and Umru.

BLACKA BLACK ABLACKA will feature producer and visual artist Barkley Bandon, DJ duo Black Athena, electro and experimental producer Grace Ow, American Goya Gumbani, impetuous screamo rapper Kijha, Melody Gang crew and explosive afro-beats sounds of Ofili.
