On Friday, June 20, 2025, the Acropolis Museum turns 16 and invites you to a special summer evening in the heart of Athens. Enjoy a free outdoor concert at 9 p.m. featuring classical and film music by Greek composers, performed by the talented Symphony Orchestra of the NKUA Music Department under the baton of Zoe Zeniodi.

Explore the Museum’s permanent collections and the powerful “ALLSPICE” exhibition, blending ancient artifacts with contemporary works by Iraqi-American artist Michael Rakowitz, presented by the Acropolis Museum and NEON in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture. Entrance and guided tours to the exhibition are free taking place at 10:00 in the English language. Throughout the day, you can also join guided tours of the permanent exhibitions with archaeologists and savor dinner with an Acropolis view at the museum’s rooftop restaurant.
