The Attica Zoological Park

Opened in 2000, the Attica Zoological Park began as a bird park, at the time boasting the third largest bird collection in the world.

Covering an area of 200 hectares in Spata, it hosts more than 2,000 animals of 400 species, including reptiles, felines from the African savannah, primates, desert animals, and a host of rare Greek animals.

As the only zoo of its magnitude in Greece, Attica Zoological Park welcomes thousands of visitors each year, providing great entertainment and ample information about wildlife and environmental issues for visitors of all ages.

Admission to the park starts from 11 euros for children and 15 euros for adults. There are also several admission packages available to families, groups and to people with disabilities.
