Mavro Lithari Saronida

Just beyond Saronida is one of the most popular beaches in Attica, Mavro Lithari, or ‘black rock’, which takes its name from the imposing rock jutting from the sea.

With its spacious sandy beach, pure blue water, umbrellas and music bar, this organised beach is the favourite summer hangout of young Athenians, especially during weekends when it really draws the crowds.
