The Cooperative covers four acres and houses over 40 potters. Its aim is to educate elementary- and secondary-school students in Attica, and educate its thousands of annual visitors about the art of ceramics.

Established over the last few decades, the cooperative includes an impressive pottery showroom. With an eclectic collection of over 15,000 items made mostly by Greek artists, the cooperative has everything from garden decor to professional and household items.

The cooperative highlights the important contributions of Greek ceramists, from antiquity to today. The cooperative also organizes seminars, lectures, special exhibitions and traditional pottery lessons for both beginners and advanced students.
