Church of Saints Constantine and Eleni

Dedicated to Saints Constantine and Helen, the Cathedral of Glyfada is located near the old City Hall.

This unique church was built to replace an older, smaller church, which was destroyed by bombing under German occupation. Already under construction by 1938, the new church was finished in 1940.

Designed by the architect-engineer Georgios Dragazikis, this temple is one of Glyfada’s most visually stunning and memorable sites.
